Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday. With standard delivery, expected delivery is within 7-10 days after shipping.

We ship using UPS, FedEx and USPS, depending on your needs, to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

At this time we are not able to ship to a PO Box, and a physical address is required for shipment.

We’re so sorry to hear this! If you received a damaged item, please email us at info@gosiahaynes.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem and ensure you receive a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.

We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate orders for each.

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped in 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship in 1-2 business days.

Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.

We’ll do our best to assist you, but please note that we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is in progress. Thank you for understanding!

All full-priced items are eligible for return within 21 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags attached in the original polybags to proceed with a return.  Please also include the garment bag with full order returns. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer exchanges with complimentary shipping. If you’d like a refund back to your original payment method, we deduct $10 from your refund to cover shipping and restocking. All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Damaged returns, returns with missing tags and/or bags, and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to the sender.

We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold out item.
